I’m deeply honored to share that I have received the NOVA Award at the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), Abu Dhabi, in recognition of my research contributions in renewable energy planning for the year 2024.

This award highlights the collaborative and forward-thinking environment at TII, where innovation in clean energy systems, optimization models, and strategic planning continues to shape the UAE’s sustainable future. My work has focused on advancing tools and methodologies for integrated energy system modeling, contributing to smarter, more resilient grids and supporting national decarbonization goals.

I am truly grateful to my colleagues, mentors, and research partners who have been part of this journey. This recognition further motivates me to continue exploring impactful solutions in the field of sustainable energy.

Originally from Nagpur, India, I am currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, where I work as a Senior Researcher in the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Research Center at Technology Innovation Institute (TII), UAE.

I was educated and trained in India and Denmark in engineering, data science, renewable energy, and computer science. At the crossroads of these fields, my research interests lie within the general area of theoretical and applied data science, time series analysis view on industrial applications such as in energy modelling, digital twins, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, statistical software development, visualization techniques, and predictive analysis; and on exploring the scope of the automation of the machine learning and data science methodologies.
